Using this site

The site is here to be read. There is no account to make and nothing to log into, so most of what a terms page usually polices does not apply. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, or use it to reach anybody who has not asked to be reached.

Everything on it, the writing, the mark, the code and the screenshots, belongs to Nupik Wenpach LLC or to the clients whose work is shown with their permission. Reading it, quoting it and linking to it are all fine. Passing it off as your own is not.

Text messages

Two things use the studio's number: verification codes, and messages about work already underway.

• Messages go only to people who gave a mobile number and agreed to be texted. The checkbox on the enquiry form is never ticked for you, and the form works exactly the same if you leave it alone.
• Frequency varies with the project. There is no schedule and no list.
• Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL to any message to end them. Reply START to begin receiving them again. Reply HELP for help.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your own plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which is their rule rather than one being adopted here.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to be texted is never sold, shared, or passed on. Withdrawing it costs nothing and changes nothing else about working together. How the number itself is handled is in the privacy policy.

Work done for clients

Nothing on this page governs a project. Scope, price, timeline, ownership of what gets built, warranties and everything else live in the agreement signed for that specific work, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

If you are using software the studio built for somebody else, their terms apply to you, not these.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation and nothing more. It is not an offer, not an acceptance, and not a contract, and either side can walk away from it without owing the other anything.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. It is a static site with no account system and no user data in it, so the realistic worst case is that a page is wrong or briefly unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Nupik Wenpach LLC is not liable for loss arising from using it, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is called out here. Earlier versions are kept and can be had by asking.
